Privacy policy
Effective September 6, 2026. Fredette Digital is a US business tool for adult local shops.
What we collect
We collect the account holder's email and name, shop profile content (business name, phone, hours, services, towns, Google URL, photos you upload), billing identifiers from Stripe, and estimate-request details a homeowner types into a shop's form (name, phone, optional email, town, job note). If you opt in on the site, we also store that email address, the consent sentence you accepted, when you accepted it, and whether you later unsubscribed.
How we use it
Shop data is used to host the public website and to email the shop when a homeowner requests an estimate. We do not sell leads. We do not send marketing texts to homeowners. An opted-in email is used only for occasional news, tips, and offerings from Fredette Digital, including the next guide when you sign up on the Guides page. The checkbox is unchecked until you check it. Unsubscribe on the contact page, the Guides page, or the site footer, or email hello@fredettedigital.com.
Children
This is not a consumer social product and is not directed at children. COPPA does not apply. Do not enter information about anyone under 13.
Processors
Stripe processes cards. Email is sent through our email provider. Hosting and database providers store account data.
